My work brings together training, facilitation, mindfulness, and workforce strategy. That can mean preparing for one important conversation or helping an organization connect people, programs, and opportunity. The thread is helping people act on what matters to them while staying connected to the people their choices affect.
For more than 15 years, I’ve designed learning and development experiences across public agencies, creative businesses, and global teams. Selected clients include The Walt Disney Company, Netflix, and The Economist.
I served as a FUSE Executive Fellow with the City of Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services from 2025 to 2026, and continue that work as an executive consulting partner.
