What guides the work
Change and AI adoption should serve people and the purpose of their work. Concerns can reveal both unmet needs and real problems in a plan. SHIFT builds ongoing adaptability through self-regulation, curiosity about resistance, small experiments, connection, and an honest account of what comes next.
How we design it
Start with a relevant change or workflow. Practice the SHIFT moves in the order that helps, then test a manageable adjustment. For AI, use appropriate examples and define human review, privacy boundaries, and decision ownership. Leaders address resources and system concerns and report back on feedback.
What progress looks like
Clearer choices about where a tool or process helps, what needs review, and what support people still need. Progress comes through trying, learning, and adjusting together, with responsibility for organizational conditions staying with leadership.
Ways to work together
Focused sessions or a multi-phase learning and adoption program.
Next step
Start with the situation your people are working through. Together, we can identify a useful scope and a way to put the learning into practice.
